Train with Unique Physique

In general, any kind of movement is good, but only a structured training that is individually tailored to your needs will lead to your desired results. In order to train effectively, you need someone who recognizes your needs and keeps an eye on the bigger picture so that you can focus on your goal.

Every body is unique and tells its own a story and sends individual signals. The correct interpretation of these signals is fundamental for a healthy, holistic training. That is why I put special emphasis on functionality and joint-friendliness in my exercises. My training concept is a multifaceted individual program for indoors and outdoors, combining a range of bodyweight exercises with small fitness equipment.
